What we collect

Name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and order details. Payment card details are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers. We also collect basic analytics (device, browser, pages visited) via cookies.

Why we collect it

To process and ship your orders, provide support, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and (only with your consent) send marketing.

Who we share it with

Only as needed to run the store: our suppliers (to fulfil your order), shipping carriers, our platform (Shopify) and payment providers, and authorities where legally required. We do not sell your personal information.

Marketing

We only send marketing emails if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email.

Storage and security

Data is stored on Shopify's secure infrastructure. We take reasonable steps to protect it, though no online transmission is 100% secure.
