Who we are

This store is operated by Balar Media Group Pty Ltd, trading as Organics Online, Australia. Business details are available on request and are shown at checkout.

Products and pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We try to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate, but errors can occur; we reserve the right to correct them and to cancel an order affected by an obvious error (with a full refund).

Organic claims

We describe products honestly. Items described as certified organic hold certification from a recognised certifier, and details are available on request. Other items are described accurately (for example, natural) and are not represented as certified.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or payment cannot be verified). A contract forms when we confirm dispatch.

Fulfilment

Many products are shipped directly by our supplier partners. Delivery timeframes are estimates. See our Shipping Policy.

Returns

See our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
